The following are descriptions of volunteer opportunities for the Downtown St. Charles Partnerships' Special Events. We invite your participation and would appreciate any investment you can make to help support our community. Call the Downtown St. Charles Partnership office to find out the event planning meeting schedule or to attend the next Volunteer Orientation Session.
Join the Sister's Weekend planning committee! This is the perfect excuse to spend time with your girlfriends planning an indulgent weekend is St. Charles for shopping, dining, and being entertained and pampered. Enjoy the best of St. Charles along with all of our guests!
Become a liaison to the Arts by donating time as a volunteer setting up, rendering artists a moment of relief, distributing lunches and Program Guides, working in various tents or monitoring the grounds on the clean-up patrol.

Sit out on a Thursday night with one of the various summer bands at the Information table that offers you the chance to promote your business, as well as, a great evening of music.
Scarecrow Festival:
Enjoy the Scarecrows firsthand as a volunteer in the festival Information booth. A chance to guide individuals to their desired destinations, cast their vote for their favorite scarecrow and another great opportunity to promote your business.
Would you or your organization like to participate in McGrath Auto Group's Electric Christmas Parade? This is a great opportunity to participate in a fun-filled, family-friendly event that showcases downtown St. Charles and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers, like yourself!
